As an accredited coach, facilitator of coaching programs and consultant in coaching, Renee is a key member of the team at IECL. She is passionate about quality conversations, positive leadership impact and improving well-being. Clients often seek out advice and support from Renee and her team when implementing organisational coaching and building coaching cultures. Organisational coaching, coaching skills training (accredited and non-accredited), large scale coaching program management, consulting on coaching panels and coaching cultures. Renee has been with IECL for over 10 years, holding a range of roles including GM Client Relationships for three years. Renee’s prior professional experience also extends to training, recruitment, pharmaceutical and wholesale industrial supply industries with core responsibilities including business development and key account management.

Pouneh works with senior leaders and executives across key business functions and across multiple business units to achieve the desired financial and overall company objectives. She works closely with industry partners to extend customer reach and brand awareness to ensure effective return on investment. As strong relationship builder and senior influencer, she has a proven ability to create and sell brand concepts at a commercial and executive level, together with a track record for delivering high conversion marketing propositions that create value and generate high value ROI. 

After years of directing large-scale projects, her curious and strategic spirit eventually lead her to hone her skills in the world of strategy. Her broad and deep marketing knowledge has been gained across a wide range of industries including technology, health and manufacturing and telecommunications. She has a solid understanding of digital channels, multi-channel marketing, lead nurturing, creation of long terms brand equity across differentiated brands. It’s the strength of her combined experience that provides the ability to quickly translate metrics and insights into decisive integrated marketing strategy that provides results.
